I understand RF's price is on the higher side; but the RF setups (Mono amp+SW) I've heard sounded pretty amazing. In some cases, it does justify the price tag.

I guess it depends on the brand and not the country of origin. iPhones are made in China too, but that does not make my Korean made Samsung phone better in quality.

But, how will you get a good quality amp at 500 / 600 USD rated at 2400 W RMS at 1 ohm load.

Focal Access is definitely a good choice for Front speakers. But why not buy a good 4 channel amp for the front and rear sound-stage? I would also suggest to get a Focal components for the rear too. And then maybe a powerful enough mono channel amp for your sub.

I would definitely go for the Polk. Only had good experience with their products and always heard positive reviews from my friends and family. I would even say that their products are almost equal or better than all the Pioneer products (except Pioneer's Stereo and Multimedia line-up). Why not...
