Well they're mounted in the stock speaker locations, but they might be off by a few angles since I had to dremel out/hot glue thew into place. Would this be sufficient to cause the problem to the extent that I'm describing?

Ok so I did a little diagnosing. It turns out everything up to and including the amplifier is fine. I switched the RCA channels still have the same problem (the passenger side sound feels weaker/more quiet). Same story when I switched the speaker connections at the amp. So it must something up...
