Was wondering if anyone can give me some insight on building a wall. The main thing im wondering, is how do you build the box in the car. I plan on doing one in a little bit and im just trying to gather up some knowledge before i start.

That's weird, you would think the felt pads on the bottom of the cone would keep that noise to a min. Have you taken it out and played it free air to see if the tinsel is hitting the cone?

I think they sound great. Ive had mine for about 3 years, and its taken some abuse, and still works beautiful.

Was wondering if normal pvc will match up with the flairs of a Aero port. I cut my port for a box, and now i need a longer one for my next box. was gonna reuse the flairs and just replace the pipe in the middle. Thanks

Ive used sony HU's for about 3 years now. Never had an issue with mine. Their not the greatest, but seem to do the job. *Sorry about the spelling mazda*

Greenbay area. And as for having Home Depot or somewhere cut it, ive done that in the past and haven't been really happy with the cuts. i even watched the one dude cut it, it looked fine in the store but when i got home it was about 1/2 " off on one side. I know its free so i shouldn't complain...
