I have a 2001 toyota avalon and the stock alternator is 80 amps and I currently have a kicker 1000w amp in the trunk powering two subs. If I got another amp around 200w and a headunit to supply 4 speakers would that be too much strain on the alternator??
sounds good, its been asked 1000000x but any ideas for 6.5 for around $150, im not running an amp, but just going to run it off a pioneer headunit. My car cant handle having two amps. Just looking for all around clarity nothing too loud or crazy.
What are some good options for 6.75" speakers for my 2001 toyota avalon under $160?
Crutchfield and sonicelectronix say the speakers are 6.75", but I cant find many options for them. Could I fit a 6.5 in there and if so will it be that loose?
I have two type R's enclosed in a ported box. The port is 10.75x27.5x1. The car shakes way too much and I wanted tighter bass. I was thinking of getting plywood measuring 10.75x27 3/8 x 1.
Any ideas how to close this port? simpler ideas, or will the wood work?
thanks
i know this question mustve been answered before but I have a 2001 toyota avalon with the JBL system in it. I have subs in the trunk and im getting a double din headunit.
Im keeping the speakers stock and my question is do i need a amp bypass or can I just stick with the regular wiring harness...
apparently they are across the street from englishtown raceway i just dont know anything about them, i think its one guy but anyone else know anything??
