Yes, and I'm connecting the dmm directly to the terminals on the sub, not the wires.

Still not able to get a resistance reading from the sub. Not sure what that means

With sub disconnected from the amp but connected to box. With sub connected to box and box connected to amp. I also noticed this time that my amp wasnt even on when i turned the car on this time, I had bumped against the positive wire and noticed it lit up. Possibly the connection isnt good...

Oh sorry, yea it is a single voice coil sub. No it did not, the light stayed blue the entire time.

I did, the sub was in the garage, you can see the hollow green lip of the box where the sub would sit. Its only a1 sub setup.

This is the multimeter I have, those initial measurements I took were with the Voltage ~ 200 @ about 1 oclock on the dial. Whenever I try to take measurements in DCV any settings or the DC10A it creates a short in my system and sparks fly from the terminal. Not sure if Im doing anything wrong...

So my multimeter is reading between 30 and 31 at the amp terminals and the remote terminal is between 26 and 27 when the car is running

Equipment: I have a boston acoustics gta 1000m and a morel ultimo sc 10" 2 ohm. Knukonceptz 4awg wire from the battery with an in-line 150A ANL fuse, 4awg ground. Situation: Hooked it all up, but the Knukonceptz kit I purchased came with a 80A AGU fuse which blew after 2 minutes of playing so...

Ive read a lot that for SPL the ideal positioning in the trunk is for the subs behind passenger, port behind driver. Does it matter for a SQ system and a sealed box? Im only putting 1 10" and trying to figure out which way to face it and which side itll go on, so i can get my box properly designed.
