Some one sells a bracket that goes in the extra spot that you just mount the sub to. Wanting to know if anything mounted in this fashion will sound good.

11 volts is with car idling and subs playing. yes alt is 8 years old and battery is 2 or 3. probably need to replace both for sure. but is this causing my problem? everything worked fine for 2 days and wondering if amp just can not handle running the subs?
