Is it OK to run the 4 channel section at 4 ohms, and the mono channel at 2 ohms, or should they all be at the same impedance?

How are TREO TSX subwoofers? Efficient? Can the 10" get loud with 250wrms each in about 1 cubic foot sealed? And how about the TREO MSX1 Amplifier? Looks like a nice little small footprint amp that is made in America. Any issues with reliability? Able to produce rated power?
