It lit up a test light so im thinking its maybe enough power to light up a led but not power a speaker? my multi-meter has gone missing

Its really annoying, people are just asking questions. And they do help, it varies between electrical components and set-ups how much they will help, but they help. Of course they cant make a sticky about it because it would just be one of the dumbass mods still flaming people..

My left door speaker quit working, i checked the speaker on my surround sound and it works fine, plugged a surround sound speaker to the car..nothin. I cant find my multi-meter but test light shows power in the wires. Any ideas? (yes my fades/balances are all good)

I had a pair of L7's ported but not sealed, i assume they would sound like a dub 6. Hifonics amp would work, i wouldnt use them again though, my new Audio Que amp gives such a cleaner signal, make my woofer happy.' As wires go, depends what your buying for $50 you wont get much quality of a kit...

Depends, you can replace existing tweeters (if you have them), cut holes for them,.,.or some cars have adapters to make them fit somewhere. Google some options.

If you decide to run the HDC3 let me know, i bought a aq2200 because of the sale and i might get the hdc310's too. Might under power them but theyll be broken in for a new amp at least.

I decided to keep them, but the mx12 is still for sale, its LNIB so hoping to get a good price for it.
