    IF you want a box you can go to ups or uhaul and get some cardboard from them and cut it to size, shape, and airspace then you can seal them with some paint. Like some oil based cause it works better. If you want to get custom on that job you can paint real cool looking and personalize them.

    The JL W7 will be the loudest out of the three brands. There not a waste of money, they really kick ass. You want to be the loudest buy the JL.

    First you have to install the system to see if it will clip the power supply. With your equipment it shouldn't but to check for it turn your lights on and in a dark place turn on the sterio with the car running. If the lights dim when bass hits, your amp is clippinr or running out of volts...

    2 channels to one speaker?

    Don't wire your head unit speaker outputs together. A head unit is not designed to be bridged so if you do it, it will either have no output or will almost instantly fry your head unit. If you want more power your only option is to install an amp.
