Just another note, there are some rockford T5002 amps on ebay for about 200. They have subsonic filters, they generally put out about 1000W, 2 ohm stable bridged,cover rattles, and is a bit more innefficient than mono class D amps.

Personally i have those exact subs and love them, i have 2 of them in .75 ft3 sealed boxes. If you have to buy the subs, i think you could find some others that will sound very nice for half the cost, but personally i really like them. Many talk up the dayton subs, and the phoenix gold rsd subs...

Very clean looking sub, Did anyone notice that there appear to be 16 screw holes in the sub. Probaby not going to have an issue sealing that puppy up.

Hopefully i didnt miss something, but there was a crossfire CFA-1000D that jsut went across ebay for i believe 220 and they are proven quality amps. I believe the avg one puts out about 1300W RMS at 14.4 V. Also there are a couple of Rockford T5002 amps right at 200 dollars that may fit your bill.
