Anyone made a plug for a fiberglass mold?

don't be a D/B. No one here can lay out a Standard Operating Procedure for what he/ she is asking for without writing a book with plenty of illustrations. We can give a crumb trail for his/ her own exploration and personal application. Anyhow. check this linkand watch 1-5:

Anyone made a plug for a fiberglass mold?

I like the way you think. Though it is an involved process and a very expensive project intended to make many duplicates for production. Pretty involved process to describe in this forum. you-tube vacuum infusion and a bunch of good info is there. Also try these: How to Fabricate Automotive...

What kind of table saw do you use?

I guess if your only cutting MDF, or various other weekend warrior types of things, these saws are fine. I bought a rigid and recall liking it better than my craftsman hybrid saw years ago. It was fine for light duty stuff, with a good blade. Although, often found on craigslist for $500 or...

What kind of table saw do you use?

Don't get a dewalt, craftsman, rigid, or any other big box store brand. They aren't built to last, or hold resale value-- they're throw away's. Cruise craigslist and find a good unisaw or like. Festool makes a very nice guide rail saw also which cuts extremely clean and very accurately. Buy...

    Worklog for Alxmlr789: 4.28 @ 34

I would change the blade on your table saw to a cross cut blade. It has more teeth and provides a cleaner glue surface cut. The propper blade for the job that is also SHARP is very important for geting a good crisp edge when dealing with sheet stock such as MDF>

it takes a while I am still learning the concept of it... The glass blower neighbor of mine has been doing it for ten years, and he is who will be doing all of the art work with the ports... His work is allot more elaborate and artistic then the pipes that were posted up on here. I just found...
