yes they'll fit.. you can go as big as 6½ but you'll get more bass on 6x9.

i really dont want to go with the round port, cuz i think slot port looks better.. also since i have the length and the diameter, should i just match the length or of port, with the duck (slot) and same thing with the diameter, just get the area of the rectangle, i figure that's the same thing...

lol wrong subjest.. you meant to say *passive crossovers or bass blockers*... yes it is a good idea, but you need a sub... if you're running the the speakers direct from the HU and you dont have a box/sub, you're system will sound like ****, because you dont have any low... if you already have...

the weight of fiberglass is lighter than MDF...
