i just purchased a xtx5000.1 to power my xxx12d2 and when i turn my blazer off the power light is dimmly lit. when the vehicle is on and the amp is switched on the power light is bright and it seems the protection light is dimmly lit. anyone have any thoughts??

4 ohm is a lower impedance than an 8 ohm impedance correct? i know its a stupid question but im proving something to my friend on another forum and i cant find any proof on the web that he would understand. there is nothing that just comes out and says 4 ohms is a lower impedance than 8 ohm...

thats what im plannin. i've never done a job like that and im wantin to make it my new project. i have always just done a couple of subs and a regular box. but im wantin to go bigger this time. when i start i am going to take pictures and post my build on here.

well i already have two of the sxx. i got the two for 300 brand new for both. so i figure instead of trying to sell what i have and buy 4 brand new subs, just buy two more.

yea i was thinkin of going with the sxx for spl. It would cost me just a little less to get the two sxx instead of another xxx. then i can just throw the xxx in something else.

Ok, I have been pi\king up stuff here and there for my build. so far i have two re sxx 15, one re xxx 12, brutus elite bre2000.1d. i plan to get the xtx5000.1 for the fifteens. my question is can i run the xxx 12 and the sxx's in the same vehicle? i have done some searching and im thinking not...
