thats true. but by building a removable square port one can experiment changing the tuneing of the box by making th port longer or shorter.or have differnt he could build a few ports for it and it set up so has one for daily driving and one for comps/if he really wants to show his friends how...

yes you should add at least one piece from the middle of the front baffle to the back of the box.a bit yes. you just need to find out how much volume your braces will displace and accout for it by making the box slightly larger

add a bit of bracing and it should be good to go
