Aren't the brads mostly there to hold the seam tight while the glue sets anyway? Once dry the glue will be a lot stronger than any brad.

I always told that it is a bad idea to port on the direct opposite wall of the sub. I may be crazy but when I worked for an install shop I was always told by the more experienced installers that the port shouldn't go opposite the sub. Any other combo is ok though. Oh yeah, and to answer your...

I have an amp rack that I built and would like to smooth out the lines by using some bondo. Is this possible without having to glass it? Will the bondo adhere to the wood so I can sand and cover or paint? Thanks

I'm building a cusom box and I have a question....Can you have a port tube that extends outside of the box?? I've only built them with the port inside the box. I've heard of this being done but does it effect the sound of the box??

I just bought a couple of amps through ebay. (Good Deals!) As long as you are cautious you should be ok. Just look at things like feedback., Do they have pictures of the product...etc. Anyway, PPI is a good choice they make a quality products.
