I'd say give them some time. They're doing something they really don't have to do here and it's unlikely they'll ship it to you via overnight service unless you're footing the bill for that.

Huge props to JBL for doing the right thing. They could EASILY say that you bought from an unauthorized dealer and are unfortunately out of luck and wouldn't look bad for doing so. What they're doing will cost them a small bit of money, but I wonder what company you'll buy an amp from next...
