Since you are running a W7, which is geared towards SQ, I would suggest an amp that is efficient and puts out clean power at 4ohms since that is what your sub will be reading at accounting for box rise. The only amp that comes to mind is a Rockford Fosgate T1500BDCP but it comes at a price.

Don't have first hand experience with Smart 3 but watching the amp dyno it pulled around 300amps and 4 guage is rated around 100amps, you need atleast 2 runs of 1/0 wire and 2 batts in the rear IMO.
