Awesome, thank you so much man. Just one more thing, about the 22v reading, will that be in just one channel, or do I have to divide that by to into each channel, so 11 volts in each channel?

I am going to be setting my gains tomorrow with a DMM and just have a couple quick questions. First, the amp for my comps is a two channel, and the equation for the volts I need to have on the DMM came to 32 volts. Does that mean I need to have 16 volts on each channel, or just do one channel...

If you mean from engine block to chassis, I grounded that to the firewall.

If you mean the ground point for the battery negative terminal, no I didn't.

Any others thoughts, I will check those. I was wanting someone to tell me if the big 3 could cause engine whine, so I could eliminate that.

Hey, so I installed my new amps, but didn't change any of the wiring, and did the big 3 upgrade, and now I have horrible engine wine and static, I can even hear my blinker clicking through my speakers when it's on. I was wondering if the big 3 can cause engine wine?

Man thank you SO much, that's quite a place to put the gain knobs, and not tell the person lol. I looked all over their site and everything, couldn't find anything. But thank you so much man!

Well it has gain control on the remote, but I really can't find a gain control on the amp itself.

Doesn't have gain controls, only has a remote, and I messed with those, didn't make a difference.

I don't think it's that, each side is getting 130 watts, and it is significantly quieter.

I had a Phoenix Gold Octane-R 5.0:4 bridged on my Rainbow comps, then upgraded to a Rainbow iPaul 2.400. But my speakers are really quiet, I have to turn it up way high to even barely hear it. I checked the polarity and it is right. Any idea what the problem could be?
