Should I upgrade my RF 160.4 for my MB Quart reference seperates?

I have a set of MB quart reference series seperates (German ones) that I have had in my truck for several years. They work great and overall I am happy with them. I power them with my ancient RF 160.4 that I bought new in 97. Honestly I cant remember if I am running them bridged or not but it...

    Sealed or ported?

If you listen to mainly rap then ported. That is if those subs are a ported box sub. Make sure its a custom box ported to manufacturers specs.

I still can't figure this stuff out..RMS..and what not

Like I see Apms that have like 2x75RMS. Now wouldn't i wanna find an amp with 2x100RMS So that I can run my rears at peak power? You dont want to run them at peak power. You want to keep them at RMS. So you could go with 100x2 and just turn your gains down a bit. You should also think about...

    What should i look at?

You could go with a single 12 ported in a custom box (built yourself if possible) to manufacturers specs and an amp to power it. You can get a pretty nice 12" sub for around 250. Amp you could also get into for that much. Look for a used amp and have enough cash for a box build.

I finall got some respectable subs!!! PICS

Nice truck and nice subs BUT: Any audio stickers: sh*t stolen eventually No audio stickers : higher probability of keepin your stuff Insurance coverage for gear also good idea if you dont have it already.
