    its a SVC 10" Dayton Quatro The amp has Highpass/full/and LP filter options - it is set on LP filter and ~80hz

    OK - I hooked up the speakers, and they are also cutting in and out with the subwoofer =/ This only happens when I turn the HU volume past 16 or so out of a max 35. WTH is goin on here?

    I'll check the HU ground. As for the amp ground, I grounded it in the same spot (seat bolt) as I did in my g/f's accord. I'm going to go wire brush it some more, and check the HU gnd. Thanks for the tips. Imma keep at it!

    Hey Prowler, actually it is the first KAC-846 I bought from you Sub is a Dayton Quatro 10" SVC Knu 8Ga. 4ch install kit. This combo worked perfectly fine in another vehicle? Which is why im questioning my installation - or perhaps the HU?

    No the power light does not turn off when it does this.
