I really like these JBL P660C Car Audio 6-1/2" Component 2-Way Speakers New | eBay they are cheap priced, well made, get loud , and handle about two times the watts they say. I installed a set in my wife's car running them off of an old Alpine t-420 and they sound great.

I have a set of American Bass SQ T2's (similar to DD's) and/or some Beyma RF 20's if you are interested. Both are pretty smooth. I really liked the AB's, but then I bought some Legenta's and went with them.

The JBL's I linked do not blow easy, and they could prob take 100-120 clean watts with ease. What Alpine amp are you using? I use the JBL power comps (comp version of the coaxial I linked) in my wife's car powered by an old Alpine T-420 (150 or so watts at 2ohm).

The Alpine amp you have is not 2 ohm stable?

These sound great for coaxials JBL P662 6.5" 2-Way 450W POWER CAR AUDIO SPEAKERS P-662 | eBay My friend has them in his car on about 100 watts a side and they sound decent for the price, he had the Polk Db's and there is no comparison the JBL's blow them away.

I am running 140 a side and they handle with no problem at all.

I have lots of tweeters I audition for my new build. American Bass SQ-T2 Tweeters, Beyma Rf20, and some others. Dunno if your looking for tweets but I got lots lol.

Get one more ported box and run a Type S. Seriously, don't mix and match subs, you are asking for cancellation. BTW that is a very nice amp.

This. The LI's will get loud off of 1200 watts, what amp?
