It’s a 94…. Almost 30 years old Not a brand new bmw so I mean I’m yeah I’m not gonna take it to a shop I know enough about car audio just got stumped.

Hey so I actually did bypass the amp already and still have the issue with the distortion on one side causing all the speaker to distort. I’m thinking now that it may be a bad wire going to the speaker as when I isolate to just the one speaker it doesn’t sound like it’s getting any power at all.

In need of some help. First off I have a 10 inch chuchero box that i just want to get rid of but I still want to keep that loud Sound. I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler so there is aftermarket speaker bars that are able to hold four 8 inch mid range and two tweeters but it’s just out of my budget...

Yeah learned from the last amp I did that with but decide to open it up to see if anything was messed up but everything looked fine just from looking at it but I’m no expert might take it to my local audio shop maybe be able to help me out.

I bought the amo used so I do not know how old it is but it’s strange because it’s been working fine and just started Turing off I do think it could be something internal because I’ve checked everything else

I currently have 4 gauge wire ruing to a distribution block that has two 8 gauge powering the amps but I've recently ordered 4 gauge so it 4 gauge all around and I have a 100 amp fuse by the battery

its two Rockford fosgate RFZ 3410 its a single voice coil and I got the box for free from a family friend and he had it wired just both speakers going directly to the cup terminal. so both speakers meet at the cup terminal and the wires do not connect to each other

I was thinking that it could be the power but the things is that it just started and I've had the amp for about 4 months

No I haven't measured the power to it and today I cleaned up the ground making sure it was bare metal so I don't think its that.
