what size fuse should i get for the holder?

so i have a 4 channel amp that is about 125watts each channel. should i go with the 14 gauge or 16 gauge?

first is their a big difference between the stinger twist wire and the normal stinger wire. Will 16 gauge be good for speakers or should i use 14 gauge. 2nd both my amps are pulling a little over 100 amps of current. what style fuse holder should i use?

i just figure out that my two kenwood amps are going to be pulling 97 amps total and im just trying to figure out what size circuit breaker to use? Should i use a 90A or a 100A?
