Yeah AQ is similar to DD design haha. Samet hing but backwards. I'm gonna look into getting the lvl with with lvl 5 softparts, and how about the AQ 2200 on two of these 15s? Don't wanna fry them, but I wanna move them

Yeah it's definitely a tough decision. I'll probably go with the DC since the DD's are fairly similar to the design of the AQ's. Try something completely fresh. Would a 3k Watt amp down to 1 ohm be pushin the DC's enough?

the box is the dimensions AQ gave me for that woofer. I noticed it really only smells when i play a certain song...and i Wonder if that song has bass boost on it. I'm going to upgrade my electrical this week and see if it fixes it.

Well all is well, cause the guy is hooking me up with a sundown 1200D amp instead of the 1000. So i'll be getting more power to the sub I cant wait to get this baby hooked up. Hopefully i can do the amp install by myself lol

Alright thanks. I think im going to go with the Sundown 1000 since sundowns put out a little more wattage than stated.
