Yes the HU still turns on. The amp still works fine as well as the sub because we tested it in another car.

I think the headunit might be blown but I am not sure.

I have a 2004 Ford F150 FX4. Today I installed subs with the factory headunit and everything powered up properly untill I decided to move the amp and one of the Channels grounded out on the seat bracket and now I have no sound. What could have possibly happened? I checked all the fuses.

Plans give you the outside dimensions. Plans need to be reworked if your going to cut the pieces. Porting is up to you.

The Camaro box or my accord box?

Installed! This box was surprisingly loud for its small size. Nothing compared to my 5.5 cube box with my 15, but still. This box has some punch. I thought there would be alot of port noise, but there really isn't any port noise at all. Only ~14 Square inches of port.
