    i was thinkin the hifonics 1000 would be good. My friend has 2 L5 12'2 with a HIfonics 1000 and it sounds really good and very loud. The hifonics is cheap for the watts and will push it too.

    What have ya'll heard about the Alpine Type X 12? Has anyone heard anything good bout it? If so is it a good pick of a sub and what amp should i use to push it with? I want to push it with RMS power but for as little money as possible

    my friend has 2 l5 in a ported box and his stuff gets pretty **** loud. this past weekend he got a mic on it and he hit a 137.7 and that was before he got all his stuff eq'd. he has the hifonics 1000 on it

    im not really worried about sq as much as i am it being loud and havings tons of bass and i would have the hifonics 1000 on the 4 type r's and the hifonics 1500 on the 2 l7's

    What would be the better pick between 4 Alpine Type R 12" or 2 Solo-Baric L7 12" both in a ported box. I am mainly going for bass and loudness.
