I'm willing to bet that your sub is not a SVC 4 ohm, and that you're somehow running the bridged channel at less than 4 ohms. If you have the extra D calss, run it. Will be more efficient anyway.

Did you buy that box ? because 3/4" MDF is kinda the standard everyone lives by around here. Also, you're kinda doing it backwards. Why not find some subs you like, and get a box that suits them. Just sayin..... Just look at quality names for subs that work well in 1.5 cu ft sealed. Stay...

Local retail is going to kill you, but even in LA, I would imagine you find a place that sells on the cheap. What about giving someone you know the $$ and have them order it for you.

Wish I knew more about this series. Specs look decent, fuse rating seem to support it it's power. Half tempted to pick it up just for fun to test it out.

You pretty much can't go wrong with Kicker's amps. But for SQ AND Power, I was really leaning towards that SS REF4.760. But the amp I got back will do just fine.

I only meant their current poduction......not the stuff of yesteryear. Im not an audiophile, probably wouldn't hear the difference. Besides I doubt to the discerning ear that ANY brand's class d stuff would hold a candle to these OS powerhouse class A amps if you want to make tha comparison...

I wish the logic worked that if the higher power onces are good, then the lower power ones should be just as good! I think I'm just gonna pull the trigger and see. I get 45 days to make sure I want it.
