the 9500's are really geared toward an spl application and get loud as hell. I had them playing music and was happy with it, but I know of many that wouldnt like it because it doesnt like to get as low as other drivers. It really all depends on your personal preference and the box that you put...

sweet..How do you like it? I am considering it for as a quick estimate when I cannot get metered with a termlab. The termlab is out of the question for me because I don't have a laptop and I don't want to pay $600 for a meter. I figure this will allow me to quickly see any changes.
