Yeah that's the plan what I was saying is that wire I need to replace is wrapped in insulation with about 10 other wires, not to mention its like buried underneath my engine

Most of the trouble it's going to give me is that my alt is buried and its power wire is wrapped in with a bunch of other wires

Like I said at the moment alternator replacement isn't in the cards but I think I just might save up some cash for one of these, have you done install? I usually do this stuff myself is it pretty straightforward

I need anywhere from 1000-1600 at 2 ohms, and I'm not trying to replace my alternator/add extra battery. I am doing the big three here soon. What would you recommend

What kind of amperage was your alternator pushing? I think mine is doing~70

So say I'm running one sub at 2 ohms, it'll be putting out 1600 at the most. If I turn the gain down just a little bit (and do the big three of course) do you think ill have issues?

Bb2400. All the specs look decent and it gives rms ratings. But does it **** power? Wow, it edits out s* ck? Sweet

What's everyone's opinion on Planet Audio Amplifiers? Do the put out their rated power? Are they efficient?
