built a sar with 2 10s that will play as low as anyother size speaker. 150+db at 39 hz and can play down to 20hz with no problem

the ia7 is a solid amp. i have one on my demo at teh shop. tested 1052 rms out of it at 13.8 volts and a 1.5 ohm reactive load. as with other cadence products they are under rated.

stinger maks a 300 amp min anl also and i think i have some 175 amp minis around here somewhere

3.4 for 2? the last box i built for 1 was 2.5 tuned at 37 and was just nasty. it also had 1500 rms on it. took the power no prob. and if i remember correctly oz's box specs were a lil small from what we found worked best. also we were an oz dealer from day one to doors closed.

the me's will get loud and sound good doing it. and wil take that amp no problems. but they do need bigger boxes. they are made more for ported boxes than sealed also.

which one? sold a few of the flip outs and a few of the single dins witht he screens that hang down. not a whole lot of features and the motorization on the flip ups doesn't seem to be the best, but havn'e had any go bad. but imo its a better choice than the dual/ jensen flips

Does the alarm have a starter kill in it? if the vehicle doesn't even try to engage the starter then i'm guessing that a relay could have gone bad and 12volts from the key cylender is not getting to the solinoid.

I built a cavilier with 2 crossfire xs spl 10's and a cadence zrs9000d (aka ab 500.1) and it does a 150+ at 39 hz out of the trunk. and hits just as low as my 15 does. so as for 10's not hitting low, its all in the box. And the car is driven everyday.

mechman does make on for that car i think. but some modding is needed. I put on on for a customer and bad to do alot of extra work for a "bolt on". alt seems strong though. And it is a 250 amp and i think he paid around 5 or 600 for it but not 100% sure

i have no batterin the the stock loction anymore. all of mine are in the trunk. and all 3 of my amps are grounded to the batteries. i also have positives and grounds running from my alternator to my batteries. and a ground from the alt to frame and batteries to frame. i also compete in both sq...

because caps are a bandaid. add an extra battery. if he his going to compete in sq compitetions the cars are judged with the car off so after the inital bass hit the cap will drain and then pull power from the battery to recharge itself, power that could be going to the amps. so cap bad battery...
