My faceplate took a dump one me. The unit still works and all the buttons but no illumination. I tried the eclipse website for info and I also searched on eBay.

Thats the only thing that I dislike about the HU. Im going to try and buff out most of the logos. Anybody want to suggest a good chemical that will get those out?? Acetone, rubbing alcohol or thinner???

To use the BT the mic is not necessary. The BT function is pretty simple to use actually.
