i used a metra tyto wiring harness so i could use stock amp

so basically i installed some led footwell lights and took the deck out of the housing to run wires behind, now my music isnt playing, i turned thr car off and on, music ess playing and i mounted the deck back in, music was playing, turned car off and on without moving anything at all and now...

The tip metal part broke from my rca cable and got stuck in my amp, i attempted to pull it out, and ended up pushing it inside the amp itself, and now i can hear it moving inside the amp, is this in any way dangerous to my amp? Or can i leave it be? Lanzar opti2601

Noob question probably but the internet failed to help me thus far. I have 2 dual 2 ohm subwoofers, now i know that you can wire each of them down to 1 ohm, but my question is that is it possible to then wire the 2 subs and keep it at 1 ohm, as I have 1000 rms subwoofers, and my amp runs 1670...

wiring issue with the subwoofer itself or with my wiring? Is it possible one of my coils is blown?

UPDATE only one of the subs is the problem other is working fine. Basically i had 2 terminals bridged and the other 2 ran to the speaker wire to get a final output of 2ohms on both subs, When i dont bridge it and i run it straight, the one subwoofer works, when i bridge it, it doesnt work...

what do you guys think of the amp itself?
