Wait....I had a vacation to go to, back to try this. Thought of something, couldn't I just plug the bass blocker in and then the other end (with the single prong into the wiring harness....instead of the stripping the wires). I just thought of it.....so don't flame me.

SO thats all I have to do then? JUst strip a piece of the blocker and take the wiring harness and snip the ends of it. Then put the two together? I was thinking that but I didnt want to **** anything up, because I **** with wiring.

So cut the positive harness wire and then strip the bass blocker and tape the wires together?

I know Im very very stupid (because I **** and dont know anything about wiring). But can someone tell me how to hook up my bass blockers IN DETAIL and in a simple form so I can try to do this. How.......I know I'm a stupid n00b.

Well I just got my hatch speakers for my van and brought bass plugs with it. But how do I hook them up when I have a wiring harness to hook up the speakers plugged into the positive and negative on the speakers.....so in a nutshell I need to know how to plug in these bass plugs...

I have a Van BTW, 1995 Ford Aerostar. If I unplug the hatch and dash speakers I will still have a pair of 6x9 int he back.

No its an Awia CD player with a built in amp.......I think I'll unplugg my hatch and dash board speakers.....will that equal it out?

I recently called Crutchfield to ask them about ym clipping problem with a CD player I brought there......they said to just bypass the factory equalizer? How do i do that? Do I just hook up my speakers to them? Will my clipping go away if I unplugg the Rear hatch speakers and the dash and just...

BTW they said by just doign that it will stop the clipping completly......

Well I just called Crutchfield Support and they said to just bypass the factory equalizer that is around my steering column. So how do I do this?

Ok I've decided to buy a pair of Boston Acoustic speakers here: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-padEOEbTNgN/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=52300&id=other_items&i=065S95 Im gonna buy a Baffle with it too.....so is this a good choice to replace my factory stock 6x9 speakers? Another questions...

Well my van clips all to hell.....I think the only way to fix it is replacing the speakers and buying an amp.
