Since my car has the Harmon Kardon stereo will there be a subsonic filter at like 40hz on the stock subwoofer? If there is a subsonic filter the new aftermarket sub is not gonna sound right is it?

Where do I tap off of for the AC LC2i? I dont have to go through the factory head unit do I with the LC2i?

Can you send me a link to a cheaper converter? Would the LC2i sound beter than a cheaper one. I don't mind paying for the LC2i. Would I leave the accubass on the LC2i alone since its not hooked up to the mids and tweets?

Slo_Ride: Can you point me in the direction for a cheaper converter? I dont' want junk do I? Doesn't it effect the sound of the sub? I don't want a WalMart one do I? Would I just leave the Accubass on the LC2i alone since I would only be running a sub?

I was thinking a box that is 2cu.ft. after port and sub displacements. Port would be 2" x 12" x 31" Tuned at 33hz. Hows that sound?

So I want to go with 2.87cu.ft. GROSS volume... So does that mean 2.25cu.ft. or so after ports and sub displacement? That is the only answer I need answered. Please help guys! I have never heard of a 12" sub enclosure being 2.87cu.ft. after port and sub displacement.

My wife wont let me fill up the whole trunk with a ported box....My amp Is 2400 watts @ 1ohm. What sub would work well in a sealed enclosure sound good but mostly give good spl? I can spend 3 to 400 bucks on the sub. Thanks guys for your time!
