Customer wanted XM Radio and I Phone Mounted and installed into the veh...wanted something simple so this is it....Enjoy.
Basically used the mount with the xm commander to flush it into the panel, as for the I phone, i took out the factory ash tray and made a piece of ABS to fit...
Customer comes in to get a CVA-1006 installed with a TUA-T020XM Unit...i cant get the 2 to sync up no matter what i try with the AI-net cable and resetting the unit its not linking up i am just beginning to think that the CVA-1006 does not support xm....there is nothing in the manual and i cant...
We did the prep on my friends car and taped it all off when we got there so all they had to do was paint it and clear....it came out super nice one of the best spray jobs ive ever seen.
Cost him about $950
Right now i have the Eclipse cd3200 on order and trying to get a little bit more processing sound outta the deal with my setup. Money isnt really much of an object....but idk what to do this is the first time im really trying to fool around with a EQ
Looking to see if you guys had any experience with a half decent indash din size EQ, Looking for something with front, rear, and sub in and out. Let me know the goods and bads you guys have experienced.....thanks

Alot of the stuff the customers bring to us....but i totally agree with you about the caps and the cheap components...but like i said its totally up to the customer...but i wish i could tell them they bought crap but i dont want to lose the $$$ for the customer work :D:D:D
