I tested and tested, making sure i got good connections with the meter. and all of the other tests were spot on. But when i wired it up in series and tested it started at 2ohms and then dropped down to 1.8

Well, i picked up a used 13w7 this past week and wanted to ohm it all out before i built a box for it and all. It ohms 1.5 on both sides.
