Yeah that's kind of like Biden, He claimed the workforce in the U.S. grew under his term when in fact the reason the IRS was showing a huge number of "new" Americans filing taxes was because Biden made it where any American making over 600.00 in online payments has to file.

Workforce numbers are not based on IRS filings.
Who told you they were based on tax returns? Was it the guy who said his job title was on his W2?

It was a lame speech I watched where Biden stated "x amount of American's filed taxes this year over last year" "blah blah blah. About 4 years ago I'd say. Like the following year after the 600.00 tax filing rule.

In a hospital, billing is done based on the ID card with the number on it, or just the ID number itself.
He does not process Medicaid applications, not does he approve eligibility for Medicaid.

If he "witnessed illegals getting Medicaid", it would have to be becasue he saw an ID card or ID number, and determined the person was an illegal based on that info.

Nothing about a Medicaid ID number indicates a person's citizenship status, other than that if they have a Medicaid ID number, they are not an illegal.
