Yes, Nick is one of us. And in all fairness, we should credit the journalist who laid the groundwork. Unfortunately, I suspect the States won't prosecute and I image even if the Fed tries to prosecute, the liberal judges in those states & districts will make it a political nightmare for the Fed and they certainly won't get any help with investigations. States will stall handing over info, fight it in court, etc.
