Sorry Slapper, "hence" doesn't cut it for legal definitions.
An Adjudication is considered a court decision, but decidedly NOT a conviction.
A Dismissal (with or without prejudice) is a court decision, but decidedly NOT a conviction.
A Remand is a court decision, but decidedly NOT a conviction.
A Summary Judgment is a court decision, but decidedly NOT a conviction.

HENCE, a court decision is not by definition a conviction.
Your "sister" needs to go back to school if she helped you get that wrong.
I provided the definition, which was the first one to pop up, and a way for you to look it up yourself. If you wish to search around Googled until you find something that will satisfy your argument, then go ahead. It's what you libs do.

I will ask one time, and one time only. DO NOT bash my family. If you wish to get dirty, then I will follow your actions.

If you want to deny your own post, have at it.
It does nothing more than make you look schizophrenic, but OK.

So, can you explain how you made the leap from ownership to anger about ownership?
You just can't help but keep starting arguments. You need to pay attention to the entire conversation.

Thank, you again, by proving you are not a man by admitting you misunderstood what I wrote. Just apologize or get over your whiney self.

I fail to see where that shows a better listening experience when going from 99.99% pure to 99.9% pure.
Empirical data is a nice thing, despite some people thinking science should be ignored, and feelings revered.
Thank you for proving you are not a professional in the audio field. Do the research yourself. Then you will find out what happens when your power cables become oxidized. Or do you only listen to a sound system short period of time then replace it?
Even if brand new, there have been plenty of scientific (gasp) tests done and published online that show these crapacitors are causing voltage drops in use.
The tests are done using things like regulated power supplies, amplifier dynos, sine wave generators, powers soaks, etc, etc. So far, there have been no miracle $50 capacitors that transform a system, or even work.

And once again, it's basic troubleshooting to remove all unknown variables that can contribute to (or cause) a problem.
Or are you one of those guys who just starts replacing parts or adding parts until the problem goes away?
Rob,
How many big systems have you actually done? How many magazines have your creations been in? What have you ever added to the car audio community? NOTHING!!! So, unless you have REAL experiences with car audio, I suggest you just sit back and listen to what professionals are saying. You may question them, but I suggest you don't embark on a journey to be condescending. It will backfire on you. I already said I could be wrong with these caps.

As for troubleshooting, you need to pay more attention. Did I tell him to replace the caps? NOPE!!! YOU DID! Why do that without see if they are a problem first, like I suggested. Looky there. It should like you're the type that just likes to throw parts at things. Did you like that 'Backfire?"

Birds of a feather.... Rob works for this guy... guess what, he is a Democrat too.

Rob doesn't work for the government. He just claims he does. At most, he's works for a company that is contracted by the state.

You provided YOUR personal "definition" and then said your "attorney sister" confirmed it.
Sorry, but I proved with a good handful of proofs that you are wrong, and your "attorney sister" is wrong. And then YOU proved yourself wrong with the Google result you shared (but have still failed to give citations for).

If anyone is "bashing" your family, it's YOU by saying your "attorney sister" doesn't even know the definition of a court decision is.
Show me how a Summary Judgement is a CONVICTION.
Show me how an Adjudication is a CONVICTION.

And if you don't want her to be seen in a bad light, then don't paint her in one.

If you can't post words that mean what you want to say, then don't post them.
Being a poor communicator is on you, not your audience.

This is the copper innards of a broken switch used for spinning a car starter. It's probably 40 years old and has been in my toolbox in my unheated garage for 30 years. It's not OFC, and there's not a hint of corrosion.

This is a piece of non-OFC wire that has been in a box of misc in my unheated garage for 27 years. It's not OFC, and there's not a hint of corrosion.

Do you drive your vehicle in saltwater regularly, or flood the interior often?

Show me empirical evidence of OFC power wires making a system sound better.
I'm happy to look at it.

Cars I have done have been in magazines. I was on TV and interviewed by Laurie Hibberd (Tom Bergeron's co-host) in NYC for my business.
Neither of those things mean anything, other than the magazines need SOMETHING to fill their pages, and morning TV shows need SOMETHING to fill their time.
Try to pay more attention. I told him to REMOVE the caps, dummy. The words went something like this:
"Try ditching the capacitors, and see if you get the same issue. At $50, it's likely that they are taking away, rather than adding to your system."
Do you know what it means to "ditch" something?

YOU told him to keep them because they probably will help: "Even though your 5 farad caps are realistically around 1-2 farads, they still help. Therefore, I would keep those connected." was your uneducated and right-wing recommendation.

So YOU ignore a variety of online scientific tests that show these $50 crapacitors HURT a system, but your inflated ego has you telling the guy to keep them in, and not even remove them to RULE OUT THAT THEY MAY BE GARBAGE.
Nice troubleshooting help.

Now, what was that about "backfire"?
