Did you know that if someone files a police report and attaches your name to it you are now legally allowed to file a FOIA to get the police report which has ALL PARTIES NAMES AND ADDRESSES. I just learned this not only a few days ago.

Having a gun in a holster in Minnesota is not "brandishing", even if the holster/gun become visible from a concealed state or are simply visible at all times.

Minnesota allows for open or concealed carry at the owner's discretion.
Most people convicted of a felony in Minnesota are not allowed to own or carry guns.

Of course that is correct... however, if you are putting yourself in front of law enforcement and being physical and the gun becomes visible... should the police then step back and say sir... we did not realize you had a gun.
