John Sauer told the justices that the map, which the state says was intended to create five new Democratic seats in the U.S. House of Representatives in response to the creation of five new Republican seats in Texas, “is tainted by an unconstitutional racial gerrymander.”
The filing came just under two months after the Trump administration submitted a brief supporting a request by Texas to be able to implement its new map, after a lower court had ruled that the map unconstitutionally sorted voters based on race. In December, the justices granted Texas’ request, over a dissent by the court’s three Democratic appointees.

The conduct of the agents closely mirrors a previously undisclosed ICE directive that claims agents are permitted to enter people’s homes using an administrative warrant, rather than a warrant signed by a judge.
The ruling, issued by US District Court judge Jeffrey Bryan in response to a petition for a writ of habeas corpus on January 17, did not assess the legality of ICE’s internal guidance itself. But it squarely holds that federal agents violated the United States Constitution when they entered a residence without consent and without a judge-signed warrant—the same conditions ICE leadership has privately told officers is sufficient for home arrests, according to a complaint filed by Whistleblower Aid, a nonprofit legal group representing whistleblowers from the public and private sector.

ICE puts five shots into a US citizen that they already had on the ground. He was standing and filming (obviously wiht a deadly camera), then backed AWAY when approached by ICE.
After they kill him, they start taking cellphones from witnesses.

Spin? What the videos. If there's any spin, it's going to be from Trump's sycophants, saying that confiscating video evidence from bystanders was "for public safety" and "allowed by law" because the agents have "immunity".
Each time they do this and try to say it's a clean shoot, they are weakening any prosecution against someone who shoots back.
If Law Enforcement doesn't have to follow the law, then NO ONE does.

So, if MN government officials tell the citizens to "Go down there and Fight Like Hell" and they start doing crazy stuff to all the ICE officers, will the bootlickers excuse it by saying "They didn't mean LITERALLY", just like they excuse Trump for January 6th?
