Maybe Polis wants to do something, but he isn't. It's been DHS, CBP, ICE, etc that have been behind all the big TDA busts since Trump took office. And of course there were no big TDA busts prior to TrumpCo. Trump cut off welfare to Colorado, so I suspect they're going start finding fake daycares here too. However, I think they'll be home based daycares, since I don't "The Learing Center" style daycares here. I do see a ton of suspicious groceries and restaurants.

DHS internal policy on use of force:

“Law enforcement Officers (LEOs) may use force only when no reasonably effective, safe, and feasible alternative appears to exist and may use only the level of force that is objectively reasonable in light of the facts and circumstances confronting the LEO at the time force is applied,” the policy reads.

The policy further states that firearms may not be discharged at the operator of a moving vehicle unless deadly force is justified under the circumstances.

“DHS LEOs are prohibited from discharging firearms at the operator of a moving vehicle, vessel, aircraft, or other conveyance unless the use of deadly force against the operator is justified under the standards articulated elsewhere in this policy,” the policy reads.

The Minnesota ICE shooting has pushed the Iranian protests off the front pages. The interesting thing is Iran is blaming Trump for the protests. So if the current Iranian regime does fall, will the left then credit Trump? Or will they side with the current Iranian regime? The left does seem awfully cozie with Islamic extremist.

So when ICE rolls up on someone who is not doing anything illegal, is a US citizen, and ICE gets violent, is the citizen within their rights to respond in kind?

Since ICE is carrying, I would think anyone could consider their life in immediate danger if ICE gets violent without provocation. That allows for a full response with force in pretty much any state.

We've already seen ICE refusing to leave private property when told, and they are there without a warrant, on a fishing expedition. Intentionally putting themselves into harm's way. Odd choice.
