Make it make sense that she got shot and killed, while not presenting an imminent threat to the life of the guy who shot her.

Make it make sense that Noem claimed she ran over the ICEhole, when the video shows no such event happening.

Make it make sense that MAGATS accept the claims of Noem and Trump, when there is video from three angles that shows they are lying.

Make it make sense that MAGATS will believe anything Trump says, even with irrefutable proof in front of their face tgat he is lying.

We know Trump and his MAGATS don't give a Phuq about the COTUS, but here is what it says:

"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

If law enforcement is not subject to the laws, then there is no need for laws to exist.

What I mean is he opens up talking about how ICE is the problem and then deploying soldiers and it just comes across like he's a traitor to our country. A bunch of fraud under him, a bunch of illegals and all sorts of wackiness coming from him, and he's having to deploy the national guard because he and others continue to talk shit about ICE removing illlegals from our country, which is what most people want. He's the problem. He wouldn't have to deploy the national guard if he stopped encouraging people to go against it. Yeah, Walz is a genius 😂

Then, show me where law enforcement is trained to shoot someone who is fleeing, and not endangering the life of the armed officer.
Show me where such action is legal.

Facts are under the law she assaulted a federal agent with a deadly weapon while fleeing a traffic stop while trying to obstruct justice in the first place by blocking ICE. Facts. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Assaulting an officer with a deadly weapon justifies the use of deadly force by the officer.

For Rob to be morally ok with the killing of drug smugglers it has to be approved by congress. That's like saying a man murdered my mom. For me to be ok with the murderer being killed a group of people I don't know and whom have never had an interaction with the murderer must say go ahead, kill the bastard!!! However, if I killed the bastard myself, Rob would have a problem with it.

Presidents have been bombing our enemies without Congressional permission forever. I'll go back to blowing drug smugglers out of the sky under Clinton. I don't think Obama or Reagan asked Congress for permission before bombing Gaddafi.

LE doesn't get to shoot to kill unless it is to prevent their own or others' death. And they certainly don't get to shoot at a fleeing suspect.

Law enforcement and correctional officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force only when necessary, that is, when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or to another person.

  1. Deadly force may not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect.
  2. Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, an officer must have an articulable reason for this use of deadly force.

You're just arguing against what the law says. I dont make the laws. Go ***** at someone who cares. Officer isn't arrested and isn't being punished, so wtf are you rambling about? Clearly what I said is correct as there's no charges on the officer 🤷‍♂️
