Again, here is what I quoted your posted where you said it was court decision to call Trump a racist.

If the "Court" made that decision, then that means he was convicted. I'm going to give you the benefit of a doubt that you are too ignorant to know what a "Courts Decision" actually means. A "Courts Decision" means you were either convicted or not convicted. If it's the court's decision that you are guilty, then that means you are now convicted.

The "Court" is the individual, or individuals, who have the responsibility of providing the verdict. In Trump's case, the Jury had that responsibility. Not the judge. The jury did not say he was guilty of ****. Therefore, he was not convicted. There, now you are smarter.

Sooo... by you saying it was a "court decision," you are stating he was convicted.

You should probably learn more about what you speak of, before you speak of it.

Your attempt at a logical interpretation of my post in order to prove your claim is a failure, because you use false presumptions to reach your conclusion.

A court decision is not necessarily a conviction, even when the decision is that someone is guilty of something.
A judge can be referred to as the court, because the judge is a direct representative of the authority of the judicial system.
The judge is the ultimate decision-maker, and can add to a decision of a jury, take away from the decision of a jury, nullify their decision altogether.

Try again.

I have watched the UFC from almost the beginning and it is not hard to spot real talent. I see you are still lying about what people say though.
