I hear they are like all other high-output alternators. Reliability is a hit-or-miss thing, but mostly a hit.

Every time I've referred people to them or needed help myself, excellent customer service and no issues with the products for the most part.

Not always what goes wrong, but how the resolution is provided. always been good on that end.

Posting a rant, because I'm pissed

Been wanting an Eton Micro amp for an upcoming build. Audison shows them as out of stock (discontinued?) and $300. I found them available direct from China for $40 each. I ordered 2.

The vendor provided me with a tracking link called Track718. It followed the shipment step by step from Hong Kong, to the US, through customs, and eventually handed off to the USPS. Supposedly delivered on 1/27. I know the package wouldn't fit in my roadside mailbox, and my property was snowed in on the 27th so the mail guy couldn't drop it at my door as usual. It's been 3 days an I still don't have it.

So here's the reason for my rant - It's IMPOSSIBLE to talk on the phone to the local post office. All you get is an incredibly inept automated menu and if you don't have a USPS tracking number you're screwed.

All I have is a screenshot of the Chinese tracking record. The numbers are not USPS trackable. I guess I have no choice but to show up at the PO and ask for help.

USPS has been like that for years.

Be interested in how those "Eton" amps look, feel, weigh, and are built, comparatively. It's a crapshot when ordering the "same as" or a knockoff claiming to actually be the real deal.

If it doesn't pan out, I have 2 BNIB (Made in Korea) Rainbow Audio SL-M4 4-channel micro amplifiers, 4x75@4, 2x180@4 bridged amplifiers just sitting here looking for a home.

I am a fan of Steelseries computer peripherals and I use their mouse, keyboard and headset. I have the Arctis Nova 3 headphones and they are decent. So I dropped some cash online for the Arctis Nova Pro with DAC. They are supposed to be far superior.
