I was at the grocery store today. Turkey went from .97/lb to $1.38/lb. That's a 40% increase. Orange Man Bad.

Actually, we got our turkey for free, so that's a "beyond infinite" price increase on turkey. Therefore, Evil Orange Dude has the worst record ever on post Thanksgiving turkey prices. We should all join antifa and riot in the streets this weekend.

We're dealing with some extremely stubborn people on this. NATO doesn't mind dragging it out because it actually benefits them long term. Putin isn't backing down until he gets whatever it is he wants. Zelensky will continue fighting as long as NATO has his back.

What? I said I'm totally sure that's exactly what happened. You're always right Rob, so there's no doubt what you say is exactly correct and in context and is totally relevant to everyone's lives.

Words have meaning. The arrangement of words in sentences give meaning to the sentence. Punctuation gives even more meaning. It's how people communicate emotion.

You said "Yeah, I'm totally sure that's exactly what happened". Anyone with a brain would read that as being spoken with sarcasm, maybe even you rolling your eyes, indicating you do not believe it at all.

Anyone (including you) who would deny that that sentence could be read any differently either knows nothing about our language, or is full of crap.

So man up, admit your intent with the post, and then speak to the proofs you were given.

The very article you posted to "prove it" shows that it hasn't "proved it".

Retailers are taking the hit, in order to (hopefully) drive slacking turkey sales up.

Retailers taking a profit margin hit is not a "win" for Trump. Do you think it is?
Do you similarly think the tariffs that the retailers are paying and passing on to us is a "win"? Is it a "win" if they take the hit and DON'T pass it on to us?

Instead of just leaping on a headline that you think proves your point, spend time to read the text below the headline.

Tell me more about this "illegal immigrant support" tax. Is it anything like the illegal immigrants that are somehow getting Medicaid, or maybe like when Newsom was stealing water from other farms to keep his alive while others' died? Maybe it was like how the wildfires were caused by Newsom's "lack of water", yet none of the reservoirs ran dry, even after all the firefighting was done?
