They used the bold information to turn the misdemeanors to felonies but never charged him with these alleged crimes.

New York Penal Law § 175.10: Falsifying business records in the first degree​

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

You have not shown the intent to commit another crime. What are you not understanding? This is why the judgment is WRONG! You can't show it, they couldn't show it but because they are crooked, they convicted him, WRONGLY.

STOP trying to teach. You are not a lawyer. Or a law Professor.

I'm really not even sure where he gets his info from. I see people saying the craziest shit. Idk I just want to know the truth over everything else. Everyone has biases but some of this stuff is 123 abc idk how people mess it up, I think humanity is going to fail eventually. I don't see people magically becoming smarter or wiser or more perceptive or whatever trait we need more of collectively to like get out of the downward spiral. See AI will replace people like Rob. It took me like 2 seconds to talk into my phone to get that direct answer, you know? I bet it could do his job and your job and whoever's job too. And people can't even not lie to themselves, so most don't grow, so we're going to be steamrolled by AI which is going to be more than people because people won't grow inside.
