@Buck
Yep they'll be flying down the streets in daily life before too long face scanning people. What comes after that stage is extremely bad.

No Rob, these all say literally the same thing. "Falsifying Business Records." They also say 1st degree not Class E. I see no RICO charges nor other charges. Show them to me and the convictions for them.
Are you drinking, or something?

Who TF said anything about RICO? This is about class E felonies that Trump is responsible for. Made felonies by the commital of secondary acts.
Degree of felony has to do with sverity.
Class tells you what the punishment levels are.
You should have known this before you started your defense of Trump.

You have the law. You have the court documentation for the cases.
Your failure to understand the big words does not equate to innocence for Trump. The law doesn't work that way.

§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree.

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree
when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second
degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit
another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

You have not shown the intent to commit another crime. What are you not understanding? This is why the judgment is WRONG! You can't show it, they couldn't show it but because they are crooked, they convicted him, WRONGLY.
