We were specifically talking about using a lift. I have proved that you don't have to use a "lift" to gain access to the underside of a car. Smart ***.
You said you never had to put your car on a lift, as if it indicated something negative about MY car being on one of my lifts.
So you used ramps and jackstands, and crawled in the dirt.

My Turbo was a 5-speed. Which is why I also told you they come with T5 transmissions.
Didn't one of your pictures show a T-handle shifter with a straight gate?

Who do you suppose is pushing the button on the controller to select boost level?
Who is setting the boost parameters?

I had ONE auto, the gold car and TWO manuals, the brown car and the Turbo. Try to keep up.
That is something you might want to ask yourself.

Who selects boost levels while you are driving?
Maybe that other guy that posts under your username? That would mean it's automatic, right?

If someone else moves the shifter, then your 5-speed car is now automatic, too?
 
Hep peckerhead.... This is a manual/mechanical boost controller. It uses a screw, a spring and a ball bearing to set boost pressure. You set it by twisting the screw one way or the other. This increased pressure on the ball, increasing boost or lessens pressure on the ball, less boost. This is the design I used.


This next one is electronic... meaning it controls the boost electronically.
