Well he had a fully automatic "Assault Rifle"!! HE went there to support the supreme white leader!!!
I remember the "debate" Rob put on here over Rittenhouse...it may have been some of the most nonsensical and partisan bs I've seen on the innerwebs 😂

And Rob's record improves to 1804 & 0 as the USSC rules in Rob's favor in Rob v Trump regarding ilegal aliens rights to due process & the legality of deporting them to 3rd party countries. Big FU to those who dared question Rob's expertise on Constitutional Law.

You don't have to be an expert to read the simple language in our COTUS; you just have to know how to read and understand English reasonably well.

Reading and understanding SCOTUS decisions may take a little more skill, but anyone with a High School diploma that they actually earned shoulkd be able to do it.

Admitting he is no expert and only does reasonably well at reading and comprehension. Not confidence inspiring for your current alleged job position Rob.

Well I guess we know where you are on that front as well. All you have to do is ask for help Rob and be willing to accept the input. Geeesh.

The COTUS is (purposefully?) vague, ie the second amendment and subject to interpretation. The same applies (even more so?) to court decisions.

"In his testimony before the Senate in February, former US Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund said that he approached both Sergeants at Arms on the House and Senate side on January 4 to request the National Guard through an Emergency Declaration from the Capitol Police Board.

His request, according to Sund, was not approved. Instead, the Senate Sergeant at Arms Michael C. Stenger “suggested I ask (the National Guard) how quickly we could get support if needed and to ‘lean forward’ in case we had to request assistance on January 6,” according to Sund’s testimony."
The Evil Orange Man is responsible for everything that went wrong that day as confirmed by no less than our resident legal expert Rob.

Certainly not. Everyone KNOWS that the entire thing was perpetrated by left-wingers pretending to be right-wingers. They all took the risk (even the risk of death), knowing that Trump would pardon all the criminals of the day.
They also rigged all forms of communication in order to prevent rapid deployment of the Guard.

The actual goal was simply to make Trump and the right look bad.
